Our sessions will be composed of various and individual workouts. We will constitute sessions based on running, circuit training, plank exercises, proprioception exercises. In case of a significant stiffness , we can include a development of suppleness. In fact, the lack of flexibility of some members can lead to chronic pains and discomforts.

We offer you cool down sessions made of stretching and flexibility exercises, dynamic sessions with cardio-boxe, circuit training or cardio-trampoline workouts. Training Addict offers you various sessions. Beginners or experienced, we focus particularly on the technical execution of each movement as it is the better way to stimulate a muscle. Moreother, we offer a multitude of methods to increase your muscle mass, avoiding the traditional 10 x 10 known by everyone. We will save you from the workout routine but must of all we will help you to progress in your aesthetics goals without a period of stagnation.

Training Addict offers you a monitoring and a development of your physical qualities, essential in your discipline. For it we will study the characteristics of your sport to be the most perfectible possible concerning the frequency running data, distance of running and other. Besides the general physical preparation, Training Addict works on integrated physical preparation which consists in working your physical qualities introducing appropriated ranges to your sport (integration of ball, racket …).
